Sales Tax:

We are required to charge tax on purchases made from Florida. The sales tax rate is 6.5 percent for Florida.

This amount will be added to your merchandise total and reflected on your credit card charge. Sales to any

state other than Florida are tax free

Why can't I see prices or shipping charges in the shopping cart?

 

Unfortunately, we have found that the built-in shipping calculator is extremely inaccurate. Rather than showyou incorrect charges and have to revise your order later, we chose to have our sales reps research eachorder carefully to provide you an accurate shipping quote. Since the vast majority of our orders are done overthe phone, we've found that this is the best course to take.

Item Info and Pricing:

BackyardGrillIslands.com reserves the right to change item pricing or information at any time. As a result, prices on our website may not be accurate. If an item is ordered off of the internet before we have updated our prices, the purchaser will be notified and given the option to cancel or pay the difference. If the price of an item is lowered after a purchase is made BackyardGrillIslands.com will not refund the difference to the customer.



All models are ready to ship in 4 stylish colors. Each unit can easily be setup in a lazy afternoon at your Home Oasis.

Product Exchanges or Returns:

Our BackyardGrillIslands.com 100% Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return any

product within 90 days from date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping fees).

In order for a return to be covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, items must be:

Returned in it's original packaging as shippedAttached with the original receipt

Product CAN NOT be used Customer must obtain a valid RMA before sending the return, please contact us

Product can not have been purchased as a "Special or Close Out Deal" item where purchase price has been reduced due to damage or use

On any return, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including any costs incurred in getting the product both to and from the customer, regardless of whether shipping was originally charged or not. If we sold or shipped you the wrong item, we will refund your entire amount.

If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Orders for larger items that must ship freight require the shippingcompany to contact the customer prior to delivery. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.All returns require previous communication with BackyardGrillIslands.com and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please do not simply ship items back. Items must be returned prepaid in resalable condition with all documentation, hoses, etc. Please package your shipment well and insure your shipment. If your return arrives to us damaged, you will have to file a claim with theshipping company to be reimbursed for the product. We are not responsible for damages during shipping on returns. Contact us to schedule a return and check back with us several days after you have shipped it. We will not be held responsible for a refund if a follow up call is not made by the customer.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost. Customer must notify us within (3) days of receipt of anyshipping damages. Backyard Grill Islands is very proud of our Quality and stand behind our products with our one on one customer service. Backyard Grill Islands Lifetime Limited Warranty: Backyard Grill Islands hereby warrants to the original purchaser, that all standard Signature Series cabinets and accessories are free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is not transferable and is for residential applications only. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the defective part at the discretion of Backyard Grill Islands, and does not include labor, for removal or replacement. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper handling, storage assembly or disassembly, intentional damage, product modification, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIOD OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL IN & OUT CABINETRY BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Claims - All claims for defective cabinets or accessories must be submitted to Backyard Grill Islands in writing and must specify the defects alleged to be present in the cabinets or accessories, it will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective cabinets or accessories.
